1. Which countries do you ship to? We can ship worldwide.
2. How is the delivery time calculated? When processing your order, we take the following factors into account to calculate the estimated delivery date:
- Order preparation: Once your payment has been authorised and verified, we will begin processing your order. This process typically takes 2–4 business days, so please bear with us.
- Delivery time: Shipping carriers have implemented social distancing policies. This means that at the time of delivery, you will no longer be asked to sign an electronic device and staff will not physically hand you the package. The average delivery time is 7–10 business days (though it is often shorter). Please note that these are estimated delivery times only. You may receive your package sooner.
3. What is the shipping cost? Shipping costs are estimated based on your location and the weight of your order. The minimum shipping fee is $4.90. Shipping is free for orders over $40, depending on the period.
