Refund Policy

SoothStep  offers a full refund in the following cases:

  • The product has not arrived within 40 days of purchase;
  • The product is damaged;
  • The product does not work;
  • The product is not what you ordered.

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

For any issue other than those mentioned above, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, who may choose their preferred shipping method.
